THE CLEARLIGHT DIFFERENCE

When we acquire an equity stake in a company, we provide experience based advice by joining the company’s board of directors. While we can offer a wide range of support and advice to our management partners in areas from acquisition evaluation and execution to recruiting and strategic planning, we do not seek day-to-day operating involvement in our portfolio companies. Our team has a unique combination of both operating and private equity investing backgrounds, including experience in the manufacturing, real estate, business services, consumer products, education, healthcare, airline, IT and security services sectors. This combination allows us to contribute as objective shareholders, while truly understanding the every day issues facing management of a company.
